Why I Coach: I am a very curious individual. I love to explore intellectual ideas in attempts to understand how the world works and how people operate in relationship to it. That curiosity is why I love coaching so much! I love to try and pass that explorer’s mindset along to my athletes and I cherish the opportunity to be a part of their journey and learning from them!

Outside of Coaching: My Wife Jackie and dog Izzy mean the world to me. Jackie and I love to travel as much as possible and many people know me from spotting me on my morning walks with Izzy. I love to read books on psychological and sociological topics as well as listening to a wide range of podcasts. Constantly learning and growing is probably my biggest passion. I have now written six books that you can find on Amazon!

Why I Coach:

Volleyball is an emotional resilience game. Within this sport, I coach to be a mentor and role model to youth athletes. Being a coach to me means building athlete-coach relationships. Having this relationship creates a bond, trust and team chemistry. I always aim to bring out the best versions of people and build quality character for life.

Outside of Coaching:

I love being busy! With my family and friends, we love to travel, have game nights, and go to dinner. My fiancé and I have been planning for our wedding which keeps us very busy!

I am so passionate about the sport so I love continuing to play it here and there or going to coach more if people would let me!

Why I Coach:

This sport has blessed me with more friendships, experiences, opportunities and benefits than I can count. I find so much joy and purpose in helping young women experience the same kind of love and happiness. I believe I am called to positively influence the next generation in work ethic, mental fortitude, success mindset and self-image through the medium of volleyball. I firmly believe in the power of women and girls in sports.

Outside of Coaching:

My husband and I are dedicated to raising passionate Jesus-loving children. We have two girls (5 and 2) and a boy (brand new)! We are devoted to making as many memories as possible; at home and through travel. Before children I spent 10 years in Corporate America specializing in corporate event planning. I currently stay home with my children but love all things design and crafting! Creativity is an outlet I love pressing into!
